Nice park, has some decent places to sit that are shaded and the playground is new. Has small trails for the kids to walk and after school hours, the school playground is available to the public and offers a wider shaded area. My kids have fun and in the morning and evenings there is plenty of people to walk with and children to play.

Powers that be in this area, PLEASE manage the stray dog situation here. I stopped here today for my daily 30 minute walk. The weather was perfect, and the trail was even.

Two very large unleashed dogs
who didn’t know each other trotted onto to the walking trail from different directions. A lady threw sticks at one to get him away from her grandkids, which he began to sniff.

Kids and an adult walking with their leashed dog started running as Dog #2 approached them. With that, I walked over to my car and left, 12 minutes into my walk.

Take care of the unleashed/stray dog situation. Neither dog had on a collar.
