Very peaceful maybe my favorite park so far being my first time there hoping for the small dog area yard to be cut and dog owners please pick up after your dogs
I brought my large dogs to the dog park here on a Tuesday morning 8am. It wasn’t busy at all which is great, since my dogs are reactive. It was a great space for them to roam and run off-leash. The park has a great aesthetic, very open, airy, and “new” feel and even has a vegetable garden.
It’s located on a busy street corner so there is heavy traffic all around the dog park area. One of my dogs is a rescue from the streets of downtown so the whole time you can tell he was anxious about being run over by the cars zooming by. There were dog poop stations filled with free poop bags for pet owners to use. However, there was still quite a bit of dog poop in the grass around the park and inside the actual dog park. You definitely have to watch where you step otherwise you’ll end up having to wash your shoes.
Gorgeous new park! Great for winter. No shade on the playground unfortunately. Brand new play equipment, swings and bucket swings for infants. Nice gravel walking paths, lots of benches for sitting and picnic tables and a very cute community garden. Going to come back with the pupper to check out the dog park which is a great size.
Cutten Green Dog Park is a gem! It’s got ample space for dogs to run and play, with separate areas for small and large breeds. The park is well-maintained, and the water bowls for both dogs and humans are a thoughtful touch. My pup absolutely loved it here while the fiance was out shopping.
