Beautiful trails

This is on the eastern part of the Narragansett Trail. The hike up through Long and Ell pond preserves is amazing. You can also head south into the Canonchet preserves.

Very serene. Nice hike. Can be very short or miles and miles long. Wear orange in hunting season tho!

Nice Trail Head area in Johnston right off of rt.6 behind a Fire station. Be careful as I hiked I came across a woman who went their often and said Dogs are frequently OFF LEASH‼️ THIS IS AGAINST RI LAW LEASH YOUR DOG‼️

Good hike on well tended trails! Read the board for information on the blazes so you don’t get off track. The first mile is easy but toward Long Pond there are some rocks and scrambles. Wear boots for the rocks.
