Unprofessional and neglectful service. My dog has epilepsy and needs daily medication to manage his seizures. FIVE days ago the pharmacy contacted them for a prescription refill and got no response at all. The stress that their incompetence could lead to my dog experiencing a seizure that could have been prevented is infuriating. This is not how any responsible vet practice would operate. I have two dogs and have never had a good experience with this vet at all but this situation is what urged me to leave a review. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
HoHoKus Animal hospital has been everything we were looking for when we adopted our sweet Dusty. Dr Gannon has been thorough and informative regarding any of our concerns. After any emergent visits there is always a follow up to check in which is appreciated.
I’ve used a few different vets for dogs, cats, ferrets, etc in the last 25 years. We started going to VCA and Dr Gannon about 9 years ago when we adopted a new puppy. I have never before felt the personal attention that Dr Gannon and staff have shown over the last 9 years. Everyone there is so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Dr Gannon has always been there for us day or night. She goes above and beyond to make sure our furry family is taken care of and that we understand everything. I could go on and on but I’ll probably run out of room before I finish praising them. If you want a great vet, great staff, and a feeling like everyone cares about you and your pets, this is the place to go!

We always use VCA for our dogs. Just last week we laid to rest our 16.5 yo girl. The Dr and staff are incredibly attentive and compassionate. Sadly, we put 2 of our old girls down there and we highly recommend them. Caring, full communication and lovely to deal with under good and sad circumstances.
