Edward and Alex at Hounds Town were so friendly and helpful with every interaction I had with them before my dog’s first stay. She spent a long stretch with them and seemed happy and well taken care of, plus came home looking/smelling great after a bath. I appreciated they were willing to send photos since being away from her for a week is tough. The facility is brand new with tons of space. We’re so glad they opened just around the corner, she’s already booked for a second stay. Thank you!!

Lulu loves her weekly daycare with her friends at Pawtastic Academy! They have also been so accommodating with picking her up and dropping her off so she can still see her buddies.
I was trying out to see if this place would be a good fit for my pup cause i know my pup is usually very anxious. Unfortunately things didn’t work out as i hoped but that’s okay! Because i appreciated how much this place communicated with me and heard my concerns about my pup. They did their very best to make my pup comfortable and that’s all i can ask for. The staff is super sweet and very understanding. I’m hoping that with more training my pup will be able to gain the confidence he needs to be able to come back here cause that’s how great they treated us. They are aware of how to make sure the place is safe for furry friends and that’s what is important! Thank you guys for doing your very best and being patient with my pup. I’m hoping i can return when he is more ready!
Love love love this place – the staff takes great care of my rambunctious 2 boys. They are always so friendly, nice and polite. The themed parties are too cute, I can’t wait to see photos they post ( this was them at prom) Really this is the only place I want to tale my dogs to.
