Infant floaties are not allowed anymore unless they are clear! The audacity! I’ve never seen a clear infant floaty and they couldn’t tell us where to get one and the baby isn’t big enough for arm floaties. So now we have to play pass the baby just for the baby to enjoy the pool because normal infant floats will get you kicked out if they are not CLEAR! Lifeguards were no help they didn’t care to help us for a 1 year old. Apparently being safe in an infant floaty isn’t allowed but a baby slipping through your hands while in the pool is apparently safer. Boogie boards and noodles are allowed and they aren’t clear. The reasoning we were told is because it takes up too much space and the life guards can’t see the bottom of the pool. This makes sense for adults but as a parent, infants need to be safe too and this was not worth the money until infants can be safe I won’t waste my money and it’s a shame because it such a nice pool and my kids love it and I travel two hours to come here. But instead of having a real conversation or trying to understand, the staff went straight to the worst-case reaction, as if they were dangerous. That’s not just overreaction — that’s bias.The fact that both my brother and his friend are young Nepali men makes this feel even more personal. When people like us get treated like threats over innocent misunderstandings, it doesn’t just hurt — it stays with us. It damages reputations, causes anxiety, and makes us afraid of being misunderstood again.This place needs to seriously rethink how they handle situations. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when they did nothing wrong.

My friend asked a lifeguard for her number, honestly thinking she was our age. When she told him she was a minor, he immediately backed off and felt bad. There was no bad intention at all. Despite this, staff called the police after we had left. We were pulled over, but the police confirmed our story matched what happened and that no wrongdoing occurred. Still, the whole incident was blown way out of proportion. Being treated like suspects over an honest mistake was humiliating and unnecessary. The way this was handled felt unfair and possibly biased. I hope this place reviews how they respond to situations like this in the future with more understanding and better communication
This place is amazing. They have 2 full basketball courts outside (Free) and an indoor one with pools for a fee. (Not sure the price, I only use the free court outside) The outside courts also have a light for when it gets dark. Nice solid lines and a single rim, not double rims.
