Was video accused of not paying and she had a cut and this is only response: I’m just an employee here trying to help as much as I can, the manager will get with you as soon as possible. I’m sorry you did not get the experience you were hoping for here. We do request at least 2.5 hours per dog, as we work on many dogs at a time, have to check in and out customers, help others when needed, and clean up messes that are unexpected. I checked and it looked like Sheba was finished being groomed at 10:40, so pretty close to our anticipated time of completion. There was definitely a miscommunication with being checked out. The girl that checked you out didn’t get a chance to tell the groomer yet and because of how it was worded, the groomer thought you weren’t going to pay. As far as the collar, you are more than welcome to pick it up anytime between 8-12 or 3-6pm or if you would prefer, I can ask them to mail it to you. We do typically ask for owners to keep collars and leashes at drop off so that doesn’t happen. I’m truly sorry that Sheba has an injury and I’m not able to confirm it was from grooming.
We have had the most amazing experience. We have a 1 year old Golden Doodle and he gets excited to go to the groomer! They are patient and kind and I couldn’t ask for better with our baby!

How do I start to share my experience with The Dog House. They treated my fur children the way they should be treated. Pampered. I have three dogs and went out of town for two days, I have never left them. At my request, I received pics each day. I had one bathed, two groomed and all nails trimmed. I have a Golden Retriever of 10 months, I”ve had him groomed twice but never has he come out looking like this, below is a before and after. Absolutely gorgeous, clean and nails were perfect. My old lady long hair dachshund was beautiful, paw pads groomed to perfection. My short haired mix breed had nails done better than the vet. They are home now and I’m so glad because I missed them but I would never be nervous about leaving my fur babies here again.Update: Ok, so I’m really updating because I want to share his one year old pics that they took for me after his groom. Look at that handsome guy!!! Took him in for a groom today, dropped him off and got a text when he was done. He was sooo happy to be there, his tail was wagging so hard it was lethal 🙂 They do such great work there. His nails are perfect, his tail is feathery. I couldn’t ask for better!!! Thanks again folks!
