Shylo has been coming to Hartselle dog park for 4 years ,great people,sweet babies,needs restrooms lighting and driveway repair but it’s a great place to let fur babies run and play
The park looked clean but not maintenanced, it is not disability friendly for those in wheelchairs and walkers, the road to and the parking is all gravel, and the park itself was muddy so I couldn’t enjoy my husky running, it needs a cement path for the disabled
This is a really nice shaded dog park. I would have given 5 stars but can’t because of the amount of dog waste left by inconsiderate pet owners. Waste bags are provided, a receptical is convenient. Still lazy pet owners can’t be bothered cleaning up after their pets. Hartselle Parks Department, thank you for your efforts in providing a save place for us to run our pets.
No one and I mean no one picks up after their dog. You can’t walk for dog crap every where. And when it rains the sewage runs out on the small dog side. Nasty and not taken care of! I came here 4 times and it was always the same.
