Very beautiful and peaceful view, unfortunately there is political graffiti on the paving stones that has not been removed.

Beautiful park with the oldest Municipal Rose garden in the country as well as all sorts of other flowers. Picnic tables, tennis courts, pathways for walking,Pond House Cafe next to the small pond.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. It’s got good space and a lot of greenery but it’s not an overlook the way you expect it to be. You barely see the Hartford skyline. I know it’s not meant for it but you can skip it if you don’t have time.
