I found this place through a friend who moved in. I knew it existed but figured it was just another set of apartments. I visited my friend one day and I fell in love. I was awing over everything. I loved the movie theatre and the gym, the pools, playgrounds, and dog parks, the pond, all the greenery, the porches, and the apartment. EVERYTHING. I guess what caught me at first was sitting in front of the clubhouse waiting on my friend, there were shrubs and trees and just greenery. The Reserve felt like a private little community to itself and I loved that. The porches are huge in my opinion. I call it a porch because I’ve never seen an apartment with one that big. There is a legitimate movie theatre room you can reserve and you have a big screen and comfy leather chairs that recline.
I had a lot of questions and some hurdles to go through (none of which were because of the reserve). The staff was nice and friendly every…single..time.. I know we called in a lot and emailed a lot and had a lot of questions. I never felt rushed or like a burden. I worked with Stephanie mostly and I just think she is amazing. She showed us two apartments I was deciding between and then even showed us a second time so I could be sure of the one I chose. I even had a few other things that she was able to help me with and make my move in so much easier.
These are luxury style apartments and I love everything about them. I don’t have any cons right now all pros. However, I know most people are either “that’s to expensive” or “it doesn’t matter to me”. I think of it this way. This place has at least 8 amenities that my current apartment does not and my current apartment is considered luxury apartments as well. I believe you get what you pay for and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Top service all the way around when I have had an issue here. Amazing team of people work here. Highly recommend if you can afford it- as it is not cheap. But you get what you pay for here.

Beautiful apartments, lovely staff, and lovely neighbors. Any issue I had was quickly addressed and fixed. Great amenities, beautiful landscaping, and very dog friendly!

We can’t recommend The Reserve enough. The apartments are beautiful, and there’s so many things to do on the property for residents — two beautiful pools, a hot tub, a game room, corn hole, a basketball court, grills, dog parks, playgrounds; it truly feels like you’re living in a resort. The staff have always been super friendly & wonderful, and they put on fun events for residents every month! You can tell they love their jobs!
Every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it was responded to AND completed within a few hours of submission. We’ve lived in quite a few apartment complexes, and we’re used to waiting days, sometimes weeks, for requests to be completed. Not here! The efficiency of the maintenance team and all they do to keep The Reserve up & running (and looking beautiful) is so appreciated. They’re also really friendly towards my dog, and she loves to see them when they pop in to complete a request!

I love my apartment and the landscaping and how well it is maintained. Amenities are great even though I haven’t used all just yet. My dog loves the park and the fur friends she has meet. Great community living
