Riverside is a quiet, peaceful refuge. There are sometime kids who enjoy “hammocking” in the upper picnic area as some of the trees are perfectly placed. I’ve never encountered people using the archery range in the lower, boat launch area of the park, but it is clearly set up for that use.

Great little park. Lots of shade. Great views of the river. Nice launch for kayaks. Our pugs loved it, too.

A great quiet spot. Haven’t caught much for fish here, but lots of good trees for hammocking. There’s a nice trail that leads to some atv trails on private farm property. I see a lot of people coming down here to smoke, but I also see a lot of cops. Be prepared to see either here. Bring bug spray.

Pretty basic little park. I was there for the river access. The landing there worked, but leaves a lot to be desired — steep and narrow. It is fine for launching, but much trickier for landing. I was in a kayak when I landed, and it was kind of difficult.

Small boat launch for the Crow River. Picnic areas & grassy area to run around, but no real ‘play park’ for kids. Pretty views of the river though.
