Had high hopes trying to get breakfast but after waiting an hour for an omelette with a side of home fries and a plate of steak and eggs, we had to walk out. We got there early before the rush but watching multiple tables come after us and eat and being told “it’ll be out soon” multiple times I was ready to go. I’m sure it’s amazing but needs better kitchen time management.

Good food and excellent service. The fried fish was crispy but not greasy and it was served piping hot. The two sides were generous portions. My husband had coleslaw and mashed potatoes. I had coleslaw and beans. The coleslaw was good…. sweet and crunchy. Our friendly waitress, Stacy, was at our table with menus and took our order right away. I would recommend Potomac River Grill.
