Located at 1111 Moss Mill Rd, Hammonton, NJ 08037, Moss Mill Park offers local pet owners a welcoming, dog-friendly retreat just minutes from central Hammonton. Known for its pristine and well-maintained grounds, this park features expansive grass fields, walking trails, and a dedicated, fenced dog park found towards the back of the property. With tall trees and natural shade, dogs can enjoy real space to run and play, a refreshing alternative to smaller fenced lots in nearby towns.
Moss Mill Park stands out for its accessibility—both the entrance and parking facilities are wheelchair friendly, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. The dog park operates on a key fob access system for town residents, ensuring a secure and community-focused environment for pups to play off-leash. Families can also take advantage of the wide athletic fields and walking paths, and while there isn’t a playground, the park is still a popular spot for both kids and adults who love pet-friendly trails and plenty of open space.
Nice place for a run.if your. In to that. Take my kids to run on the field and go for a walk my self but it’s just open soccer fields with a dog park in the back. Could be so much better if it had a playground.
Very nice and spacious soccer facility. Well maintained and an excellent location that is easy to access from everywhere in Hammonton.
Dog park for town residents with key fob. Very nice park.
Great for walking! I don’t use the Dog Park but it looks great. Several huge soccer fields and the grounds are kept pristine.
This is exactly the kind of dog park I was looking for… actual space, actual grass and even trees! Much better than the small sand lot I have in Galloway and Margate. Worth the drive (and much closer than Freedom Park in Medford). Nice enclosed space. Do note you will have to register your pup in order to get the code to access the park.
