Last night I was at the Halifax Varsity baseball game. My 6 y/o niece had to use the restroom, I walked her over and was completely disgusted when I entered the womens bathroom and one toilet was and from the looks of it, had been clogged for quite some time and was continuing to be used as there was toilet paper and such piled up to the rim. The other stall had used tampons on the floor. That is beyond disgusting and unacceptable.
