Its a pretty ok park overall. They need to have a little kid swing though. My 2 year old only likes the swings and there isn’t a doing that’s appropriate for his age.
This is a very nice park. I feel safe when walking around. The city does a good job keeping it clean. They also do a good job keeping the homeless out of the park. Overall it’s a nice quite park.
Neat place to walk and learn some history of the town.. very cool!
We have our reunion here every year. Very happy with the park, pavilion, and playground.
This park was not such a great experience today with my family. We decided to go there in the evening around 5:30 p.m. We hadn’t been there in some time. We went to have a quick family outing. Once we got there maybe 4 or 5 cars in the parking lot including our vehicle. We took our time walking to the pavilion with the items we brought with us for the outing including pizza 🍕. We walked to the pavilion and there was a worker there cleaning the pavilion. The nice gentleman approached my family and I and he asked us if we would try to keep our activities to the outer parts of the pavilion due to there being human fecal matter in the middle of the pavilion. My family and I decided to relocate to a different park that was much cleaner. Not a great experience. Most likely we will do our best to stay away from this one.
