I was there for an event, food trucks, face painting, vendors & a beer garden. The park is small & clean, even though it sits between two main streets that is kind of heavily traffic. No bathrooms, covered seating. Peaceful sitting.

I LOVE JAZZ!! This band was excellent. I spoke with a few of the musicians, I remembered from my Harlem Jazz days, where I bartend & managed the St.Nick’s Pub on Sugar Hill in the early 2000s.

This is a cute little city park.
it was nice for a picnic, but we went to see Shakespeare in the park which was also nice. However, they don’t use microphones, they rely on the actors projection, which was not very good unless you were sitting right in front of them. Shakespeare is difficult enough to understand when you can hear them, this was impossible and, embarrassing though it was, we left in the middle out of frustration. Maybe for a concert it would be fine, but for this it wasn’t, too much outside noise for such a small Park
