A lot of trash was in the creek and around the tree line and only one trash can was present.. city of grove and or people in Grove need to take more pride in the older parks by keeping them clean for a family atmosphere… If there were more trash cans I would have picked up the trash and thrown it away to make it look nicer. I may go do that this week and take some trash bags and make it look better I’m sure my family will help…

I haven’t really explored the park since I was a kid, it’s gotten so rundown its sad.
Used to be a nice place to run around and play and most of the equipment now is completely rusted, pkus there’s trash strewn about.
Not to mention I walked by the gazebo and saw someone’s clothes and bags, I guess some people were sleeping there, but I don’t really wanna walk any further knowing there’s suspicious people hanging around.

A nice City Park overall. Some upkeep needed. A gazebo with picnic tables. We stopped and spread out a blanket and had a picnic lunch. Walked around and checked it out, old graveled trails that have been grown over lt looked like at one point there was a sidewalk along the creek which was cool. There had been a lot of rain the day before so the ground was very saturated and had standing water in several areas, it didn’t stop us from enjoying our picnic.
