Nice stores and I like how it’s laid out compared to other outlet centers in the state. Be careful, some of steps have metal plates that are loose and my husband almost fell from a very loose one, thankfully the handrail was sturdy. Aside from that, I’d rather come to these outlets than the ones in Lancaster. More stores and the layout can handle large crowds.

Good deals and no sales tax. BUT and its a big BUT, it is NOT dog-friendly. It’s an outdoor plaza type mall so sure you can walk your dog around the walkways but there are maybe 2 stores in the entire mall that allows dogs to go in so it’s not pet-friendly at all despite what you read in the internet. Shoppers are also weary of them so you know having dogs around the place is not common.
I was totally surprised that the outlet mall was so empty and did not have many customers. Because it was a memorial day holiday season, I was under the impression it would have been packed up with lots of customers. But the mall was not busy, which was great because I could take my time shopping,l with amazing deals (additional 60% discount) on items in several shops like CK, Coach, Nike, Loft, etc. It was even way better than I expected. I would love to revisit this mall if I have a chance for next time.
