What a wonderful experience. I picked up “Checkers” Monday and she’s such a love bug and Is getting acquainted with my other cat, Callie. Kudos to the dedicated Animal Control officer and volunteers. Very caring and hard working people.

We adopted our beautiful cat of four years almost three weeks ago. He is exactly as described. He’s the most affectionate cat I’ve ever known. Thanks to the sweet lady who gave him to us. I’m sorry I don’t have your name, I was so excited! He’s the best gift since our little Daisy died. Definitely in his forever home.

Sincerely,
Marsha Jack and Simba (formerly Mr. Kitty)!

This place cares about their animals like no other. Incredibly clean facility, a whole community of lovely volunteers, and a wonderful property. I appreciate the amount of time they take not only on the potential adopter’s application, but their attitudes as well. We had a great time talking to staff and introducing our dogs, and even though it didn’t work out for us, they still went above and beyond to treat us with kindness. Don’t sleep on this shelter. They are doing amazing work.

I volunteer there and it is a fun place to see our cats there (occasionally dogs) socializing with each other. Awesome volunteers take great care and have passion in making our temporary guests comfortable. Our animal control takes her role seriously and does her job well.

This animal shelter, April 2019, is one of the cleanest place to visit. Volunteers work hard to keep the shelter very clean, dedicated volunteers to make things happen for their homeless cats and dogs.

The animals are loved there, even spend after hours to give them extra attention so they can get ready to go home when adopted.

The animals are well cared for, spayed and neutered before adopted out and even questionable animals succeed at home.

It’s a fun place to visit during open hours and a great place for children to learn about animal care through our animal control officer or volunteers.
