Went Sunday for the derby, and came across this great little snack vendor! New to the fair this year, they have not disappointed! Best nachos, and grilled cheese! And boy do they load them right up! Best bang for your buck if you’re hungry! Also conveniently located behind the grand stands/arena so you can run and grab a snack for the show! Love this fair!
Didn’t get a chance to snap any pictures just enjoyed the time I spent there. Went for the fair. A lot of people but never felt over crowded. Impressive police presence. More animals than expected overall Great experience!

We love the Washington County Fair! My twin sister and I have been celebrating our birthday by going to the Fair for 20 years now, it’s awesome because this Fair always takes place the week of our birthday. I bring my children and husband with me now, we always have a great time. My kids love going on the rides, the ride tickets can get expensive but we only go to the Fair once a year so it’s worth it to us. This year it ended up raining for about 10mins, thankfully my family came prepared with umbrellas, but then we were able to see a triple rainbow! It was so pretty! Also, we all love Fair Food, my all time favorites are Bloomin Onions and Fresh Lemonade but we always buy fudge/candies too and the Maple Barn always has something delicious to try. My whole family loves being able to walk through multiple barns and see so many different animals, we really like the poultry barn and my youngest son absolutely loves the goats and sheep. My husband and my older son like to watch the Tractor Pulls. I really feel like the Washington County Fair has something for everyone.
