Grass Island Dog Park is a friendly and pet-focused spot in Greenwich, Connecticut, offering both locals and visitors a great destination for dog-friendly outdoor fun. This dog park features separate areas for small and large dogs, making it a great choice if you want your pet to play safely among similar-sized friends. The park’s location near Long Island Sound also means scenic views and a waterfront walkway, giving dogs and owners alike space to enjoy the fresh air and natural surroundings.
There’s plenty of seating, including benches and tables, so dog owners can relax while their pets play. While the dog park is mostly grassy with some gentle slopes and moderate hills, the entrance has wheelchair-accessible parking, making it accessible for all visitors. One thing to note: be sure to bring your own water for your dog, as there is only a spigot outside the park and no on-site fountains inside the enclosure. Waste bags and bins may be scattered, so consider carrying your own just in case. With its beautiful views, dedicated dog play sections, and convenient Greenwich location, Grass Island Dog Park is a go-to dog park in the area for both exercise and pet-friendly socialization.

I loved the dog park and they divide the small and big dogs. They have great scenery and also plenty of park.
Make sure to bring your own water because they don’t provide it.
Little isolated dog park. Can’t find new pals for my dog but but play area and nice water side walk way to long Island sound
There’s a dog park here which is cool. Nice place to walk around. Some walkways around too. Not bad for the size. Plenty of benches and couple of tables near the water.
