Love the way this park was designed. It’s not the biggest park but what sets it apart is the “sanctuary” feel it has. Very quiet and the way it’s nestled into lower elevation really gives it a unique feel.

This is a really nice park with a playground, creek and shaded picnic tables. Easy parking in lot or street. FYI we were told there was a copperhead seen in creek recently so just be careful with kids and dogs!
Great updated park in 2023. Had two style of playgrounds for younger and older. Baseball field, single basketball court and 1 covered seating area. Parking is small but I’ve never had a problem. Park is fully shaded, which is awesome on the hot days. Not recommended for large groups unless you’re playing kickball. Highly recommend the visit…
Quiet, clean little park with nice, new playground equipment (big kid, little kid and swings), small basketball court, baseball diamond, walking trail through the trees, and covered picnic area. The park is dog friendly and there is a doggie water fountain and clean up stations.
GPS will take you to a small entrance next to some homes. You can street park here and walk down the slope to the playground area, or you can park in a surface lot by following GPS to Bobby Pearse Community Center instead. The surface lot is closer to the playground and picnic area, while the street parking entrance is closer to the basketball and baseball areas.
