Stayed one night at the campground after driving all day. Was nice to stretch our legs with a short walk thru the campground to the beach. Too chilly to swim in mid October but looks like a lovely swimming hole.

Beach is nice. The lady that yells at everyone is not nice. Not at all. We should all complain about her. Older lady sits there all day yelling about. Parking. Dogs, splashing , swimming. Everything.

Water is about three feet deep. So be ready for that. Nice for the kids.

Parking is limited. Swim at your own risk. Left side is more rocky, would recommend water shoes and a float since the water is pretty shallow. Great for kids.
