Nice playground to take my son to. Plenty of kids always at he playground to play with him. They have all kinds of fun things to do at this playground.
Nothing like the start of fall softball, I personally love going to chancellors run park so clean, and bathrooms are even clean, But what I enjoyed the most was watching my granddaughter walking up to her new teammates “lol” they are all way taller, and older and a little more advanced “”LOL”” I HAVE NEVER SEEN HER THIS SHY,AND SCARED BEFORE , IT WAS LIKE HER 2 YR TRAINING WAS LEFT BACK IN THE TRUCK ,IT WAS to CUTE ,CAN’T WAIT to go back tomorrow evening ,Thanks for keeping up this beautiful park,
Not the biggest play gym area but very nice. Clean and well kept. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. We were there mid day during the week so it wasn’t to busy. A large amount of kids could diminish your experience and I’d imagine weekends could be a bit busier.
Be careful, the civilian patrol will chase you off! I just watched one chase off and berate a baseball coach, hitting balls by himself, on an open, unfenced field, the only one if I’m not mistaken. It had a field closed for the season sign planted in the grass on the field. I assumed, ok, closed to large groups for soccer and such. NOPE, apparently you can’t even step on it and it’s the only open field! Just pathetic. So it’s a large park with fields you can’t use i guess. I won’t be coming coming back. They drive around slowly, staring at people and guarding the park which is just creepy.
The basketball court is really nice and has bleachers to sit. The only downfall is that one side of the court is facing the parking lot, and if your ball goes off the pavement, it will roll right downhill towards the cars.
The playground is clean and well kept up on. There’s a lot of space for kids to play. There are also soccer fields, a volleyball court, and baseball fields. There is even a concession stand.
In the center of everything is a bathroom. The bathroom is always clean and has soap. I just wish there was one closer to the playground. It feels like it takes forever to walk over to the building, especially with a child who’s trying not to have an accident!
