We took our dog here during the golden hour. There is plenty of conveniently located parking spots throughout the park. The trails aren’t paved which was nice for our dog and we got to see people riding their horses which was pretty unique! Just watch out for horse poop!
We explored the park for a while, taking our time walking around the pond, exploring the fairy garden and just generally taking in the beautiful scenery on a December afternoon. Our dog had a great time.
There is also a dog park on the premises which was like icing on the cake for our pup! Lots to do and see! Highly recommend!
Nice park. The park is not super busy, Peaceful. Dog park gets busy.
Walking trails are nice. Bathrooms throughout the park.
Pond has a kayak loading dock. Catch and release fishing. Most largemouth bass. There’s supposed to be other fish, but not much action.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this park! Clearly there is expansion happening. Grounds are well-maintained. Restrooms are clean. Playground equipment is in great condition. I highly recommend taking your littles to the Nature Playscape. There’s so much to do!! The accessible kayak dock is fantastic too!!
Definitely the best dog park around. I love how it separated by weight so my smaller dog doesnt have to be with the big dogs
This park is a total delight! 🌳 The grounds are beautifully kept, with clean restrooms and top-notch playground equipment. The Nature Playscape is a must for kids—tons of fun for little explorers! 🧸 We brought our dog during golden hour, and the unpaved trails were perfect for her paws. Seeing folks on horseback was a cool bonus, though watch for horse droppings! 🐎 We strolled around the pond, checked out the charming fairy garden, and soaked in the gorgeous December scenery. The on-site dog park was the cherry on top for our pup—she loved it! 🐶 Plenty of parking makes it super easy to visit. Whether you’ve got kids, pets, or just want a scenic walk, this park’s a winner!
