Busy but nice stop in the RV between big trucks. Walked the dog and fixed lunch. Didn’t find the dog walking area but we made do. Staff was cleaning the women’s restroom area but it was still open. Wish they allowed overnight RV stays.

Best rest stop on I-81! Easy on and off for cars and trucks. Clean, always someone on duty, best restrooms! They’ve solved the “space between stall doors” with a little bit of metal, so you can do your restroom business in peace. Vending machines are expensive (? for an energy drink) but I guess that’s expected for a rural rest stop?

**I was alone when I took the picture, I was amused/impressed. Other highways, please take note!!

Stopped here on my way up north. It’s a pretty decent rest area, clean bathrooms (at least when I went), and plenty of parking for both cars and trucks. There are vending machines with drinks and snacks, but no real food options, so don’t expect a full meal. The grounds are nice too, with some picnic tables and grassy areas if you want to stretch your legs. Overall, it’s a solid spot to take a break if you’re driving on I-81. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done!
