Greenwood Dog Park is a beloved destination for dog owners in Grants Pass, Oregon, offering two separate, fully fenced areas tailored for both small and large dogs. This well-maintained dog park stands out for its friendly atmosphere and supportive community of pet lovers. With ample fresh water stations, picnic tables, and waste bag stations, Greenwood Dog Park makes every visit comfortable and convenient for both pets and owners.
Beyond the spacious off-leash areas, visitors can enjoy pet-friendly hiking trails along the scenic river, making it an excellent spot for both play and a relaxing walk in nature. While there is plentiful parking and shaded seating, it’s worth noting that there are no restrooms on-site and occasional odors from a nearby water treatment plant. Nonetheless, the park is a favorite local hangout and a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends and fellow dog lovers.
This is the most beautiful place and a place I’ve find new fun friends. So many trails to walk around it too. Tables to sit at as well.

This dog park is great two separate dog parks at one place. Always great people to encounter and friendly dogs. Summer you will find other dogs there at 9am, 4:30pm, 7pm. Winter hours change to earlier evening due to getting darker. There is always fresh water and picnic tables. No bathrooms close by. Plenty of parking and walking trails by the river.

Nice place to let the dog off the leash. Although you do have to deal with the odor of the water treatment plant. 🤷🏻
