Hillcroft Park

Hillcroft Park is a family-friendly park in Grand Rapids that offers wheelchair accessible entrances and parking. The park features a baseball field, playground with new slides and swings, picnic tables, and public restrooms. It is great for kids and dogs, with walking paths suitable for dogs with disabilities. While the park is generally quiet and peaceful, some areas have limited paved paths and could benefit from more trash bins and picnic tables. The parking lot may be closed in winter, and there are some concerns about trash and safety near the creek area.

Nice park quiet areas for you to sit relaxy and read also good for family reunions graduation parties picnics birthdays ect or for just simply taking your kids to the park for the day
Nearby park usually pretty quiet, but that’s about it. Parking lot is closed over the winter which makes it difficult to get in and walk the dogs. There’s trash everywhere and only 1-2 trash cans in the entire place. An opening in the fence invites homeless to hang out by the creek, which gets consequently filled with trash. The trail is only half paved, so doing a loop here results in crossing the grass in a few places.
This park is walking distance from our home we love bringing our two disabled dog’s that use wheelchairs to get around, the walking path is perfect for them to cruise around on and they love to roam the baseball field as well. They just up dated the playground with new slides, swings and a climbing area for kids.
