Gorgeous little pond in town, that has multi kinds of ducks. A bench to sit and watch.
There are a few sizes of babies. They were so cute, as they were splashing around in the water.
The mallards are so tiny. A must see !!

Limited playground equipment and a picnic shelter. Lots of duck and geese poop in the area due to Ambrose Pond and the wildlife.

They’ve removed the main piece of playground equipment, so it’s just like a set of swings and monkey bars.
The grassy areas and boardwalks are typically COVERED in goose/duck poop.
The sand around the play area usually looks gross and unkempt.
It’s a great place to fish and find turtles but not so great for a place to play.

We were looking for a new park and weren’t disappointed with the playground and pond. The playground is in a large sandpit, so be aware you will likely leave covered in sand. The playground is older but fun and there are swings, always a hit.

The kids and I also enjoyed watching some ducks and a goose enjoying the pond. One great thing of note, while there a man came through to take away trash and reline the trash cans. It’s always pleasant to know a park is being well cared for.

Go enjoy the boardwalk. The greens are very well manicured. The fellas who maintain the lawn must be some real pros because that grass feels like something good for youngsters… some real mow-it-alls.
