Not to impressed. I guess if you want to go somewhere on nature and read a book it would be cool not much of a walking trail.
I was happy to hear that all the buildings were demolished. I was there in the 60s as a little kid, summer camp. It was a terrible place. The brothers and priest did not treat the kids well,
I was there for 3 summers. There are reasons why things should just be wiped off the earth.
Very pretty but under utilized. Great place to walk your dog or picnic.
Nice park but it needs some TLC. The Goshen library is by the entrance. There is a small lake but it’s covered by tall grass. There is a trail that goes around the lake.
My new favorite dog park, right in Goshen! Turn in where the Masonic picnic area is and keep going to the old school. Fence is at least 5 ft, great gates, grassy hills for dogs to run about, trick jump, tunnel, platform, benches and picnic tables. Bring your own bags and water/water dishes. A few trees for shade, ample parking. It’s secluded and lovely here to relax or run about with my dog. He sure loves it 🙂
