Located at 116 Old Middle St in the heart of Goshen, Connecticut, the Goshen Fair Grounds offers a spacious, well-maintained environment perfect for families and their furry companions. Known for its annual agricultural fairs and vibrant community events, this location provides ample parking, wheelchair accessibility, and onsite restrooms, making visits convenient for everyone. The grounds are kept clean throughout the year and feature barns and covered areas, ensuring enjoyment rain or shine.
This venue is especially popular for its family-friendly atmosphere, local vendors, and the opportunity to explore pet-friendly spaces during events. While not exclusively a traditional dog park with off-leash fenced areas, dog owners visiting community events will appreciate the open grounds and welcoming policies. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly spot in the bottom of the Berkshires with plenty to see and do, the Goshen Fair Grounds is a must-visit destination.
Fun for all ages. I just suggest staying away from Steak Tips food stall. No flavor, all oil. And had to find a bathroom ASAP after 5 mins of eating. Other than that the animals were amazing, staff was awesome!
My kids had a lot of fun here. Very well organized fair with intersting exhibitions.
Went to the goshen fair for the first time yesterday. Had a great time! Had a lot of fun seeing everything. Bunch of rides. Plenty of games, gift shops, animals, and food choices. Of course the food is pricey but it’s a fair. Gotta expect to pay more. Would definitely go back next year
This is a wonderful agri fair held over Labor Day weekend each year. Located in the bottom of the Berkshires, this is a true taste of old New England. Community and kids are at the heart of this fair. I highly recommend it.
This is a great space. We go to the Goshen Fair and Goshen Stampede every year, and the grounds are always clean and kept up, and there’s plenty of parking. Plenty of stuff to do and the barns make it more of a rain or shine place which is great. They always have plenty of local vendors selling all kinds of cool items. Highly recommend going
