We have a 10 year old Akita and needed someone to watch her at our home, so we called My Trails and Tails. Sooo glad we did. We spoke with Victor, who was super kind and helpful. He watched Dancer at our home for a week while we were away. What an amazing service!! Each day we got updates, pictures and videos of our girl and she was always so happy!! She really liked Victor. Complete peace of mind that she was being well cared for and, just maybe, a little spoiled. Highly recommend My Trails and Tails!!!
We called up two days before we needed boarding desperate to find a place. They accepted our dog last minute, and it was truly the best thing for our boy.
When we dropped him off, he immediately took to Victor and forgot all about us. Our dog, who usually has really bad separation anxiety, went off like a kindergartener who made friends. Victor sent us multiple videos while we were away to show how our boy was doing, and in every video, he looked so incredibly happy. When we picked him up, he was the happiest boy.
The pricing was great. The communication was great. And what we saw looked good. Our boy was taken for a walk with other dogs on a trail. They have kennels they can go in and out of throughout the time and a couch they can also sleep on.
A big difference between this place and others is that this isn’t a kennel. He was around other dogs the entire time, which he loved.
