Not very comfy, but still nice to be on the beach. Just feels like a sketchy area and wasn’t very comfortable there by myself.
Although one thing that was pretty cool was there was a man playing bagpipes in the park by the beach entrance. He was nice when I asked him if I could get pics and video of his amazing talent. It would be cool to hear his story.
Unfortunately it was cold when I was there but I’m sure it might be better when it’s sunny and more comfy.
Nice spot to get in the water and also fish on the pier, no fee or fishing license required. There is a “cable” that apparently runs eight infront of the pier that locals fishing will tell you about to help you from getting your lines stuck.
Most Excellent place to sit to be with nature and breathe ocean air!! Give the seagulls a little snack and they’ll be your friend for life 😁
This is a quiet, simple beach with a dock to fish off. The water is fairly shallow, only about 4 feet deep for about 20-30 feet from shore. There are restrooms and a water fountain, not updated, but clean. There are outdoor showers to rinse off in before leaving. Overall I would recommend this as a place for small children and families.
Very peaceful. I went fishing off the pier. Too windy to catch much. There is a small sandy beach area for sunbathing. I would recommend a visit to newcomers.
