Nice spot with a moderate walk to get down to the beach. Sandy and not crowded when. I was there.

We had a great day here! Nice and short walk to the beach which was of course awesome. Good for RockHounds. Bathroom was probably the cleanest park restroom I’ve seen.

a Florida beach girl… visiting the Oregon coast 🥶😂
We spent the afternoon at Gleneden Beach and it was stunning — dramatic cliffs, peaceful waves, and such a beautiful stretch of coastline.

Coming from Florida’s warm, white-sand beaches… let’s just say there was no way we were swimming 😅 But we loved every second. The cool breeze, the sound of the waves, and the views made it such a peaceful spot to explore with the kids.

✅ Beautiful views + peaceful vibe
✅ Fun for rock collecting and running barefoot in the sand
✅ No crowds
✅ Absolutely freezing water — but still 10/10 🫶

Large free parking lot flush toilets and access to a long stretch of beach. The beach access trail is a bit steep and can be a bit of a struggle for someone that can’t walk easily. The park is clean and suitable for children. The pictures were taken from a bench just to the right of the access to the beach just before you head down hill. It is a narrow trail leading to the top of the hill.
