Visited the beach on sunny weekend in early spring. Beautiful views of Hempstead Harbor. Recently constructed path along Glen Cove Creek was highlight of the visit. Quite popular with visitors given lots of condominiums in the area.

Very peaceful part of Glen Cove with a beautiful view of Sea Cliff. Nice walking path along the water and can be found at the end of Garvies Point road. Nice place to take a stroll with some beautiful views.

Beautiful view of sunset. Even the reflection on the houses along the hill is phenomenal. Worth watching. There is a ledge for boats but one can walk over to get a good view. Water is not smelly as it constantly moving from the Atlantic Ocean. Recommend you to be careful as you get to the view points. On a June summer evening, between 7.30 and 8.00pm is a good viewing time.

There is a lot of construction going on right next to this very small beach so there is lots of debris and some trash nearby, but it keeps it secluded from a big crowd. The area is not enclosed at all and can lead right into construction, so keep that in mind if you choose to off-leash your dog. Overall, it’s a quiet place for your dogs to cool off and burn some energy, just watch out for trash and the horseshoe crab graveyard as you get closer the opposite end of the beach.
