Great place, I try to attend my son’s ball practice and let him run the park as much as possible. He loves listen about the m113 and other vehicles staged out there i used to operate in the Army. He hasn’t figured i dont have the key to get in and show it to him though lmao

This review is for the Auto center. I pulled into the Auto center at 2:15 on Tuesday February 16. I was the only customer. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter changed. They guy who helped me showed me all the prices, I chose what I wanted. The oil change only took about 25 minutes which was great but when another guy checked me out I asked if everything I asked to be done had been completed. He said we’ll your oil change and tire rotation were done. The air filter had not been done. When he went to the garage to ask the auto guys out there they said no because it would take to much time because its not the kind to just pop in. So they offer the service but do not tell the customer there are stipulations to the service. So I purchased the air filter and now I’ll do it myself. Then I find out when I get home I could have bought the same filter on Amazon half price. So I definitely won’t ask again if I have to be my own mechanic!!

Wonderful park to visit. The Veteran’s ceremony they have in May with the flyover is a must-see!
Great place for kids of all ages who need to play and burn some energy. Trees were kept during construction of playground, which helps provide shaded areas. A perfect pit stop for trips along 290.
Splash pad not operable in March, but included in picture. One tennis court and some fixed cornhole set ups, too!
We did not see any bathrooms near playground and picnic areas.

The park is actually set up very well i appreciate the location of the trashcans and the ability to close the lid on them and the inclusion of separate swings for toddlers and younger children. The memorial itself is beautiful and a wonderful dedication to the people that served this country. The various historical military vehicles were awesome to see as well. I also saw regular police patrols throughout the park which is good.
Overall nice park with a splash pad, tennis courts, swing sets, playground baseball fields and plenty of room for activities. Also there is memorial plaza with military vehicles on display.
