Memorial Park

Memorial Park offers a nice open fenced area for dogs to run and play off-leash. The dog area is clean and decent in size, with a gazebo and some benches for seating. The park has wheelchair accessible entrances and parking, making it accessible to everyone. While there is a paved walking path around the park, amenities such as water fountains, shade structures, lighting, and agility equipment are lacking. Some gates need repair, and there are small areas where the fence is damaged. There is no separate small or large dog area; it’s a combined space. Overall, it provides a good spot for dogs and owners to enjoy outdoor time together, but some improvements could enhance the experience.

It’s a nice park. Deffinitally collects a lot of puddles after a rain, so be aware of that. They built a small fenced in dog area for off leash play, but it’s nothing to write home about. Suggestions: Make it so the sidewalks connect in loops instead of to the road, add some agility equipment into the dog area, fix the broken lights onsite.
great dog park! fenced in area for your dogs to run & play freely plus paved walking path for you and your dog to walk together – a fairly decent length walk as it goes around the entire park area!
It’s very clean and the dog park area is a decent size. It’s nice to have a place to let my dog run around off leash. But it’s really just a big fenced in area – there are no shady spots, no trees, no platforms or anything for the dogs to play on, and no water. There are also a couple of spots where the bottom of the fence is broken so a small dog could easily get out.
I wish they’d add lights, especially for fall/winter when it gets dark early. There are none around the dog park area, and only a few small lantern lights around the entire park.
Nice size open area for the dog. A few suggestions: a shade structure should be added in the dog area, a water station should be added in case you forget water for your dog, and the latch should be fixed on the gate (I heard the lawnmowers keep hitting it and bending it?) And a warning to any handicapped people: there is handicapped parking but it is very far from the actual dog park!
Nice friendly dogs and owners! Small fenced in area for them to interact. The place has a gazebo and some benches. It’s not really a park, really more of a opened field area but it’s nice they included a dog area
