This park is amazing. While they don’t seem to care so much about the comfort of your dog when it’s enclosed in the “dog park” area, the rest of the place is great. You can walk, bike, skate, play tennis, pickle ball, baseball or softball, there are two playgrounds for kids, and much more.
First time here. Liked that the dog area was free. The park itself looked good too.
Very nice large park, plenty of space and areas designated for different sports activities. 3 playground areas, one for toddlers. At least 2 large pavilions with picnic tables and charcoal grills. Handicap accessibility. Restrooms and a sheltered building. Leashed dogs are allowed, and there is a fenced dog park for dogs where they can play off leash, complete with water station and benches. Very nice family oriented park.
We come to this playground several times a week and for my toddlers, it’s really not great. The playground is super old, rusty, and covered in graffiti – especially the toddler playground. The toddler playground and the bigger kid playground are SO far apart. There’s always garbage everywhere. They like it just fine but as a parent, it really grosses and stresses me out.
Great park with lots of amenities. The dog park could have a longer run for bigger dogs.
