I have lived in Garfield for 10 years. Whenever I get tired of the work of the city life and want to hear the sound of running water, I run here. I wish the city would take better advantage of this place and build more places to sit.
A nice quiet spot. A few parking spots just close. Road can get busy getting back onto it again. Someone was eating lunch there when I got there so it is a peaceful spot
