Nice little park! The grass was mowed and the park equipment was all in working order (minus a swing off its chain). There are a few shelters next to (a few yards away) the equipment with tables and chairs for shade. It is fenced in mostly and there is a neat train caboose to explore. There was quite a bit of trash and random toys laying around which was unseemly, but didn’t affect the fun had. The equipment is surroundes with black tire mulch. I don’t recall seeing a bathroom or water fountain, but that does not mean there was one.
Sitting at the park was peaceful. The thrift store has good deals.
My granddaughter plays T-ball there. It’s always a fun place.
It was a very nice clean and inviting city park. This is especially true since it is in a small city(less than 2,000 residents). The shelter that my group was using was in very good repair and really inviting.
It’s a nice thing to offer a small community, go with the expectation that it’s a small park and it’s fine.
