Our pup loves Dogtopia of Gainesville!! She tends to be an anxious dog and the staff were so great with her. She would go to doggie daycare every week and grew more comfortable each time. Could not recommend enough
What I like the most is the ease of scheduling and the ease of checking in on my pup while he is away from me. They also send videos and pictures to me and I appreciate it as I miss my pup so much while I am away.
They also do lots of fun activities and themed days for the pups and I like that my pup can get grooming done there as well.
Their flexibility and genuine care for the pups truly stand out! Some of the more experienced staff are incredibly observant—one quickly noticed that our pup was too nervous in the big dog room and thoughtfully moved her to the Toybox with some large-breed puppies. The change made all the difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful!
My canine companion previously attended that facility, but I was consistently informed upon pickup that she exhibited aggressive behavior toward a staff member. While she has never bitten anyone, her high energy level and tendency to become overwhelmed in a classroom with 30 dogs, sometimes with only one attendant, proved problematic. Fortunately, I have since found a superior alternative—a doggy daycare with extensive outdoor space. She thrives in their five-acre play area.
Our super high-energy dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. He is much calmer and we are all happier and better off at the end of the day when he has spent the day with his doggie friends at Dogtopia. The staff are super friendly and loving to the dogs and they take a personal interest.
