Dog Park

Dog Park is a spacious, well-maintained fenced park located in Fremont, NE, ideal for dogs to romp freely. It features multiple picnic tables with attached water bowls and a water spigot for filling containers. The entrance is double-gated to assist with leashing and unleashing dogs. The park boasts a large grass area with trees inside the fence providing some shade. While the parking lot is a bit far from the entrance and there is no separate small or large dog area, it offers a nice, open space for dogs to enjoy off-leash play in a secure environment.

The parking was quite far from the entrance to the dog park. So a cooped up doggo on a long trip doesn’t get to romp free right away. Granted it is all grass, however the park could have lots of people and pets so off leash may not be an option until the dog park itself.

This is a really nice fenced park for dogs. There are 8 trees inside the fence-line. There are 4 heavy- duty aluminum picnic tables that can be moved and each has a metal water bowl chained to the table. There is a water faucet in the opposite corner of the entry gate which is a double gate to help with leashing and unleashing your dog. There were some empty jugs near the faucet, but we have a 900 ml bottle that we fill for the dog. We also use a paper bowl if the walk from the parking lot is over a couple hundred feet. Thanks park people!

Visited while in the area and found it very clean and open.

Great place to bring your dog. Wide open fenced in space. Well maintained. Water bowls chained to each table and a water spicket to fill containers.

A great place to take your dog for a nice little romp in the park. Clemmons Park itself is a wonderful place for a stroll with the pooch as well. The addition of a larger concrete pad will, hopefully, eliminate a large amount of the mud at the entrance after rains or snow melt. The only downfall is the distance from the parking lot to the dog park itself. Otherwise, one of my pups favorite places!
