Peppermint Park is a special place for me. This was the site of my first pee wee league baseball practice with Freeport Rangers of the National League. Mr. Roy Wilson was my first coach, and he will always have a special place in my heart as well as Peppermint Park.

Played softball and baseball there in 69-70 with neighborhood girls and boys! Have no idea about how it is today, but had fun back in jr high and early high school days!
