I never even realized that this lakeside park was here. I have driven by it so many times without noticing its charm until recently. I had to stop and look at how pretty this lakeside park was. It was so peaceful, quiet and even had a small boat/kayak ramp, picnic tables, swings and a pretty large free parking lot. I look forward to checking out the lake in a kayak this summer.
Small playground, short ~ 5K shaded trail next to lake. Nice for taking in the nature and getting steps or a run in.
This place is a great park to bring young kids and grown adults alike. There is a super park, and there is a fun trail to walk on too. The lake is beautiful and a great place to visit with friends and family. There is unfortunately no food places, but this means you can do a fun picnic here due to the many clean benches, just clear up after yourself. If you are looking for a fun place to go play, picnic, or workout.
