This is a review of the trailhead only. It could use some amenities like a permanent restroom, water fountain, food vendor perhaps an e-bike and EV charging station. There’s an historic train station next door that has a lot of potential.

A great trail. This section is about 6 miles to Big Brook Park. Mostly covered, although some new construction has removed some trees during a stretch, it is quite pleasant. Relatively flat walking, cross walks across roadways, very well maintained. Often see bikers or other walkers. A great place to exercise.

In December 2023 work began on extending the route further into Freehold Boro to the Freehold Hub Site.
