Exceptionally clean room, super comfy bed and pillows, extra thick towels, thoughtful amenities in the room. Contactless check in and out, which was very nice as we got in late. Staff were so very sweet and helpful when our door code was tricky. The restaurant next door was so cute, made us the most delicious latte. I feel like I found a little gem.
Always love staying at this motel when visiting Frazier Park. Clean, comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Rooms have refrigerators microwaves and flat screen t.v’s. Contactless registration makes it a breeze when you arrive. The staff is absolutely accommodating and friendly. Can’t wait to come back very soon. Thank you
The room and amenities were top notch. However, since there is no management on site there was no way for me to inform anyone of the poor behavior of the guests staying in the room above me. A number of young men were VERY rowdy, loud and misbehaving (drinking?) well into the early hours of the morning. As such I didn’t get much sleep or rest and felt I shouldn’t be the one to go up there and ask them to please be respectful and quiet in order to avoid a confrontation and potential conflict.
The Frazier Motel completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how immaculate the room was – seriously, not a speck of dust, even on the ledges. It genuinely felt like my mom had prepared the room just for me. Every detail was thought through: a fridge, microwave, table with fold-up chairs, a comfy lounge chair, and a spotless bathroom.
The location is perfect; just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Los Padres National Forest and Mt. Pinos, which makes it a peaceful retreat after a day of adventuring. My daughter absolutely loved our stay, and we’re already planning to come back.
Check-in was one of my favorite parts—it’s all done via text! You get your room number and access code, no personal check-in needed. But if you do need anything, the staff are just a message away and super helpful.

What a nice little place to stay! We stopped here on our way to Fresno and were pleasantly surprised. We arrived after hours and they had texted info for getting into our room after I booked. It was super easy! The room was spotless and looks like it was recently made over. The beds were comfortable and for amenities, they thought of everything. Aside from the usual coffee, they provided plastic utensils and paper towels. I’m always forgetting those when I grab a meal to go to take back to my room. There was also a fridge and microwave. Plenty of toiletries and also hand sanitizer and a lint roller. The added bonus was an easy chair in the room. Overall this was a great and affordable place to stay.
