The park features open areas for walks, a few benches and picnic tables, and shaded spots beneath trees, making it a convenient place to relax with your pup. Although not a formal off-leash dog park, its pet-friendly trails and central location make Buffalo Street Park a notable spot for residents looking for dog-friendly options in the area.
The park is appreciated for its convenient seating and picnic areas, as well as its well-maintained landscaping featuring flowers and shrubs. However, visitors have noted occasional cleanliness issues, so it’s recommended to remain attentive while enjoying the space with your dog. Parking is available nearby, though some spots are metered. Whether you’re passing through Franklin or seeking a local retreat, this spot offers a simple, relaxed environment for both two- and four-legged visitors.

Its a nice park.

Lots of trash usually. I have used needles there on 2 separate occasions under slides

Nice little park to bring your kid only issue I had with this place is some of the foot traffic that walks by can be questionable.

I would rate this higher if young teens didn’t keep trashing the place. Be careful of drug paraphernalia before you let your child play.

Had a great with Michael and Pam.
