No much there. Nice shaded and paved trail. Would be a good place to have a catch or play frisbee.

7/10 of a mile right next to the Des Moines River. Protected from wind with lots of shade and beautiful views of the Des Moines River valley. Parking on the North end. You have to walk a little if you park on the south end. Last stretch on the south end is steep.

I’ve been hiking and playing paintball here since I was 11 it’s always a nice place for a gathering or just a nice walk on the trail and if you’re into fishing it’s right by the river, so bring your fishing pole
