Juliustown Park offers a welcoming environment for families and dog owners in Fort Dix, New Jersey. This pet-friendly park features scenic walking trails perfect for dog-friendly hikes, a baseball field, two basketball courts (including one for younger kids), a modern playground, and ample picnic tables. Its unique setting, complete with a gazebo, benches, and plenty of shade from mature trees, creates a pleasant retreat for walks and relaxation with your furry companion.
The park is accessible for all, providing wheelchair accessible entrances and parking. Dog owners will appreciate the open, dog-allowed spaces for leashed pets, a clean and well-maintained atmosphere (though cleanliness can occasionally be an issue as noted in some reviews), and various amenities suitable for family outings and outdoor play. Trails, grassy fields, and a range of seating options ensure that both pets and their owners have a comfortable visit to this community green space.
Love this park, there is no parking spots when I go there I usually park by the lonely bench, and the area is clean except for under the pavilion at times, that’s why they have trash cans for people to put their trash in. I go there at least once or twice a week I used to live in juliustown I have always loved that little.
Very nice. This place has trails a playground and baseball fields and even a mrbob
Nicelittle park that has 2 basketball courts (one for smaller kids) and a baseball field. There are a bunch of little trails to walk and plenty of shade from trees which is nice and a gazebo with benches
Unique setting. Great place to have some quality family time. Bathrooms available as well as trails to explore.
Don’t slip on the “water balloons” in the parking lot. Very unkept… This park could be so much more! They have really let this place go over the years of me living in this area. The park is even dedicated to a highly regarded individual who resided in this area years ago. It would be nice for it to be kept clean and the landscape tended to.
