Nice walk down towards Log Bay. We actually missed the falls on the way down, but saw them on our way back up.(Manageable incline on the trail.) Very pretty and it would be refreshing to dip in if it was summer. We went in early October.

Beautiful place for swimming away from most tourists. Very little boat traffic going by and hardly any other people at this time. This specific spot is not good for children as the waves were crashing against the rocks and there is no “shallow end” just a very steep drop off. Perfect for swimming and chilling.

Great hike. I would give it 5 stars, except that the sign for the trail is pretty small and easy to miss. Also, it says it’s good for little ones, but a couple of spots are quite steep. The waterfall itself is very pretty. It’s not very high up and dramatic, but it does have an amazing pool at the bottom in which you can swim. Overall, though, once you find the trailhead, it’s definitely a hike worth taking.
